Market Warsop fc was fromed in 2003 to give local children of all abilities a chance to play football . The club were playing most of their matches on local council pitches and were then offered a chance to be based at the new John Frettwell complex in Sookholme. We decided to relocate in 2006 and have been thier ever since. The faclities are one of the best in the county and also the country. We  have grown from 4 teams to 12 in recent  years and this is mostly down to the fantastic base we have to play our football.

The committee in 2003 decided to form Market Warsop fc and if it was not for all their hard work and continued support we would not be in the posistion we are today.

Lesley Smalley was secretary from 2003 - 2008 and her hard work and committment has put us in a good posistion to move forward and develop the club financially and commercialy.

Keith Rumfitt has been chairman from 2003 until present and continues to push the club forward in developing its players and raising the clubs standards to the highest level possible.

Beverley Harper is the current secretary and is also Assiatant secretary of the Mansfield Youth league. .

The new committee members who have come on board since 2003 play an active and positive part in maintaing our committment to the local community. We have recently in 2009 now started coaching in many local schools to give something back to the children of Warsop and let them try football in the form it should be played in ,which is fun!
